Terms of Service

The one thing to know: ToutCheck is an independent auditor of sports-betting touts. It publishes verified records of publicly posted picks — timestamped, settled, with win rate, ROI and closing-line value. It does not sell picks and does not provide betting advice.

1. The service

ToutCheck ("the service") is provided by Unlimited Apps LLC ("we", "us"). By using toutcheck.com you agree to these terms. The service's job is simple: what they published vs what happened, on the record.

2. What the ledger is — and isn't

Unilateral audit. We track publicly available picks. A tout appearing in the ledger is not a partnership, endorsement, or accusation — it's a record.
Best-effort verification. Records are timestamped and settled against published outcomes with care, but we don't warrant perfection. Errors get corrected when found.
Not gambling. The service is an information product. No picks for sale, no betting advice, no wagers accepted.
Sample data. Until the ledger is populated with real records, any sample tables are clearly labeled SAMPLE and use fictional aliases.

3. Disputes and corrections

If you believe a ledger record about a public alias is wrong, email [email protected] with the record ID and evidence. We investigate and correct verified errors. Tout Verified subscribers get a fast-lane review (see §5).

4. Plans and billing

ToutCheck is offered in free and paid tiers; current pricing is shown on the product's website and at checkout.

Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically. Cancel anytime; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't refund the current period. Prices are in USD, exclusive of any applicable taxes.

Note: paid tiers are upcoming. The launch-day site is free.

5. The Tout Verified badge

The badge means the alias's published record has been independently tracked by ToutCheck — it is a verification of the record, not an endorsement of the tout. We may suspend or revoke a badge if the underlying records are found to be manipulated, fabricated, or materially misleading, in which case that period's fee is not refunded. Badge-holders agree not to imply partnership with or endorsement by ToutCheck or Unlimited Apps beyond the verified-record badge itself.

6. Acceptable use

Don't scrape, republish, or resell the ledger at scale without written permission.
Don't misrepresent ToutCheck data — e.g., cropping a record to hide losses.
Don't use the service to harass touts, us, or other users.
Don't attempt to break, probe, or overload the site.

7. Intellectual property

The site design, the "receipt printer" concept and copy, and the ToutCheck brand belong to Unlimited Apps LLC. Ledger facts (what was published, what happened) are facts; our presentation of them is ours.

8. Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited Apps LLC's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the new version posts here with a new effective date. Continued use after a material change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
